To share, copy or open content for editing one step faster, click the menu on any folder or file to reveal actions you can perform straight from the list page.

I) Accessing the actions menu
a) From folders
Bring up the actions menu for a folder by either right-clicking next to it's title or by clicking the menu to its right.
b) From files
Bring up the actions menu for a folder by either right-clicking next to it's title or by clicking the menu to its right.
c) From other places
Bring up the actions menu anywhere in the files tab by right-clicking in any of the white space away from your files and folders. This menu will allow you to upload files, share folders, create new documents and download all files. This last action will only be available if you are a Workspace Manager on an eligible Huddle plan.

II) Folder actions
The actions you have available to you will vary depending on whether you are a Workspace Manager and on what level of access you have to the folder.
For example, you will only be able to delete a folder if you have the correct permissions to do so.
To see what actions you can perform on a folder follow the steps below:
a) Find the folder you want to share, copy, move or delete.
b) Click the menu on the right or right-click anywhere near the folder title.
c) Select the action you want to perform from the menu.

III) File actions
The actions you have available to you will vary depending on whether you are a Workspace Manager and on what level of access you have to the folder containing the file.
For example, you will only be able to delete a file if you have the correct permissions to do so.
To see what actions you can perform on a file follow the steps below:
a) Find the file you want to edit, share, download, lock, copy, move, see details for or delete.
b) Click the menu on the right or right-click anywhere near the file title.
c) Select the action you want to perform from the menu.

IV) Other actions
The actions you have available to you will vary depending on whether you are a Workspace Manager and on what level of access you have to the folder containing the file.
For example, you will only be able to add a new file to the folder if you have the correct permissions to do so.
To see what actions you can perform on a file follow the steps below:
a) Find the location where you want to upload files, share something, create a new document or download files from.
b) Right-click in any of the white space next to your files and folders.
c) Select the action you want to perform from the menu.
d) If you select Create you'll have the option to add in a new folder, Huddle Note, Word, Excel or Powerpoint document.
