Huddle Desktop Logs

Huddle Desktop users who are asked to provide the logs to troubleshoot a Support ticket
No extra access that they don't have should be required to follow this guide.
This article documents how to obtain the logs for Huddle Desktop. This should normally only be sent to Support if there is a challenge with Huddle Desktop.
1. Microsoft Windows users
There should be two sets here:
- In Windows File Explorer, click in the address bar and type:
%localappdata%\Huddle\Huddle
Right click on the Log folder and select Compress to... > Zip File - Then browse to:
%localappdata%\Huddle
Right click on Huddle For Office and select Compress to... > Zip File
Both those pairs of zip files make up all the logs for Huddle Desktop
2. Apple Mac users
Click the Avatar > About > Find log files:
Select the contents right click on them and select Compress "Files to Zip".
