This article is aimed at customers having challenges with On Demand Reporting and documents some troubleshooting points. 

A message at the top of the reporting page advises:
"We're unable to generate your report right now because the system is updating. Please try again later."

In this case, you need to try to access this page later. Any request made whilst that warning is up, will not be generated. This process usually takes between 4 and 6 hours. Support have no visibility as to how long is left of this, but if this stays for more than 6hrs, then please raise this with Support.

How long should On Demand Reports take?

These can take between 5 minutes and and hour.

If I've waited an hour and the reports are still not there?

Please contact Support to investigate further at that point.
