If you're seeking to set up a 2-factor authentication but do not have a mobile phone number to enter for the authentication portion, but rather a landline number. Please follow the instructions below.
2FA using a Landline:
Our 2FA feature will accept landlines if entered by the user as the selected number for receiving One Time Passcodes.
The landline service must support text-to-landline messaging, most UK landlines have this feature available however you may need to specifically request it is activated first.
1. Follow 2FA set-up like usual.
2. When prompted to input number, input landline.
3. Test the login and have landline nearby.
