Huddle for Office enables you to easily open a document from your workspace into an Office application such as Word, Powerpoint or Excel.
The button is located in the top left corner of the screen:

Clicking the 'Open' button will bring up a popup box that will let you navigate to the workspace and folder that the file you want to open is located. You will also get the choice of whether or not you wish to edit and lock the document or open a read only version.
Clicking on the small arrow next to the word 'Open' will bring down a list of your most recent files:
