Recovering a finalised/archived or deleted workspace. Is it possible?
Finalised (or archived) workspaces can be unarchived by Huddle Support as long as we have Admin authorisation. Please contact us at help@huddle.com with the exact name of the workspace, and the email address of a user who has access to the workspace.
Deleted workspaces can be recovered by Huddle Support. However, please bear in mind that we can only recover data if it has been deleted within 90 days. After this time, deletion is a permanent measure.
If you'd like a workspace recovered, please follow the instructions above for unarchiving. This is a slightly longer process which involves Level 1 and Level 2 Support so please allow a couple of weeks lead time.
