If you do not wish for you, or your users to utilise the Reply by Email function please submit a support ticket and this can be removed from your specific Huddle account. This will stop users from being able to instantly reply from their email addresses, however they will still be able to go into the workspaces directly from the notification to add comments or notify other users as necessary.
