If you are in a situation where you need to reset your password but cannot log into Huddle, follow the steps below and you will be able to reset your password.
1) For Global users of Huddle, click here to open the password reset link.
For US Government and Healthcare users of Huddle, click here
2) You will need to enter your email address exactly as we have it in the system. This will most likely be your work email address. After you have done this, click on the reset password button.
3) You will be sent a link by email. It will look something like this:
Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.
If emails are filtered by your organisation, the email may take a longer than expected to come through. Please check with your IT team if you suspect this to be the case.
4) Click on the link in the message. This will open up the following page in your browser.
5) Enter your new password in the text boxes. Remember that all Huddle passwords need a minimum 8 characters in length, contain at least one upper case letter, one number and one special character.
6) Click on update.
Once you have reset your password and you get back to the Huddle login screen, we advise you to remove any details that auto populate (email address and password) and type them in fresh.
You will now be able to log into Huddle with your new password.
