If you're a Huddle user with our Desktop application installed on a Mac with Safari is your default browser and if you've recently upgraded to a new version of Safari (Safari 10.0.2) you may see a message asking if you want to allow your web page to open Huddle when trying to edit content with Huddle Desktop.
If you can see this message, you'll need to confirm that you want to launch Huddle from the Web every time you try to open a file.
To do this, click Allow in the message that pops up on screen.
This problem affects all other apps that support opening content from Safari, so this issue is not unique to Huddle.
To avoid this message appearing we suggest using a different default browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
