If you are using Internet Explorer as your main browser, and you are having trouble accessing the 'Files' tab, where you are unable to see any files or folders like in the screen shot below;
Then this will be due to restrictions in Internet Explorer blocking parts of Huddle. To resolve the issue we would advise you to add the below URL's to the 'Trusted sites' in Internet options:
Depending on the security of enforced on your machine, you may need your IT department to do this. However, if you do have access, below is a link to add the sites to trusted zones if you are not sure:
Alternatively, a different browser like Chrome or Firefox should display Huddle correctly.
