Can Huddle see the information in my workspaces?

The Huddle team is unable to see or access any user's information or workspaces unless that user has specifically enabled remote access. If a support ticket has been submitted where a Customer Service Agent will require remote access in order to resolve the problem or answer the question a user will be asked to check the "Allow a customer service agent to access my workspaces" box. This will allow a Service Agent to temporarily access the user's account remotely in order to resolve a specific problem or issue. Once this problem is resolved, the user can simply uncheck this box to revoke any remote access.
