Why am I not receiving any emails from the Huddle system?

We have seen some issues with emails from the Huddle system (e.g. invitations, notifications, support replies) going straight into users' junk mail folders - to help this you can simply add our email addresses hello@huddle.net and support@huddle.net into your email address book or contacts within Outlook or right-click on the email to add to your 'Safe Senders' list.
