How do I set up another workspace manager / administrator on the system?

If you are leaving your job and need to switch ownership of your account then please contact us by submitting a ticket (license holder only) and we can change the administrator manually for you. If you wish to add multiple users as account administrators (i.e. multiple managers with the ability to setup and administer new workspaces) then you will need to have an Enterprise account and simply submit a ticket to us with the relevant usernames who require administrator access - please contact to discuss our Enterprise packages further if you aren't already on one.
