It is possible to find out what has happened to a file since it was created in Huddle by looking at the audit trail or 'Activity' list. You can see this button at the top of each file details page between the 'preview' page button and the 'Versions' page button.
When looking at the activity list you will be able to see the most recent actions that have happened to that file. The audit will show you the user that completed the action, what they did (e.g. viewed or downloaded the file), the name of the file, and when they did so.
You can clearly see what has been done by the icon shown against the user's profile picture:
