I'm trying to set up a free trial and it's not working

If you're trying to sign up for a free trial on our website but can't get past the registration form, take a look at this article that covers:

 

I) I can't sign in to my Huddle trial

II) I haven't received an activation email

After signing up to a 14-day free trial from our website, once you have filled out the registration form, click Get Started then check your email to sign in for the first time. 

When you check your email you should see an activation message from hello@huddle.net that looks like this. 

Click the long link in the email and use the email address and password you entered on the registration form to sign in. 

 

II) I haven't received an activation email 

 

If you can't see this email in your inbox, check your junk folder. If it's not there it's possible that the email got stuck in your organization's spam filter, so it might be worth contacting your internal IT team to see if they can find it.
